Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 DOE
My client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join their Family Team. The role is based in Maghull but covers multiple offices across Merseyside, with hybrid working available.
The firm specializes in privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, cohabitee disputes, and prenuptial agreements. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload while meeting client expectations, court deadlines, and billing targets. Strong communication, time management, and client care skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a range of family law matters on a privately funded basis
- Drafting legal documents, attending client meetings, and representing clients at hearings
- Engaging in business development, including networking and marketing activities
- Meeting financial and time recording targets
