The Civil Litigation Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of Civil Litigation matters. Day to day duties will include the management of a varied caseload on behalf of individuals which includes Landlord and Tenant contentious probate, and contract disputes. Fee earners should expect to be challenged and stimulated on a daily basis.
