Parrtner or Senior Associate - Real Estate Finance

Greater London – £90,000 - £110,000

An ambitious and talented Partner or Senior Associate is wanted to head up the dynamic Real Estate Finance team in a highly regarded mid-sized London law firm. Applications are invited from Partners or Senior Associates who have acquired upwards of 7 years PQE in a busy and fast moving Real Estate Finance practice. Salary is to £100,000 and dependent on experience. 

The successful candidate will head up a small team of Real Estate Finance Solicitors, who sit within the larger transactional and development practice. The department runs a majority lender side caseload, that will include real estate development finance, mezzanine lending and Islamic finance. Your deep knowledge and understanding of Real Estate Finance will see you act on the more complex matters, and be positioned as the second opinion and support to less experienced team members. Soft skills will be deployed in the management and development of existing lender side relationships.
