Personal Injury Associate

Bristol – £56,000 - £65,000

My client is an international law firm and they are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Associate NQ – 4 years PQE to join their growing team in Bristol. Salary will be DOE but NQs join the team on a whopping £56,000 + bonus 
 
The role has come about due to continued growth.  In this role you will be dealing mainly with product liability personal injury claims. There is also the opportunity to get involved with regulatory matters and inquests. You will manage your own caseload that will consist of fast and multi track matters, as well as assisting more senior lawyers with the high value catastrophic injury caseload.  
 
Salary for the role will be DOE over NQ, but a 4-year PQE Solicitor will be looking early to mid 60s. My client offers flexible and hybrid working with 2 days in the office a week. The ideal candidate will be NQ to 4 years PQE from a defendant background with experience managing or assisting on a caseload of EL/PL files.  
 
There are clear pathways for progression and opportunities to up skill in areas such as regulatory matters and inquests.
