Greater London – £80,000 - £110,000

A Partner or Senior Associate Solicitor is wanted for a growth driven Real Estate opportunity with a highly regarded mid-sized , modern law environment based in the City of London. Salary is of course dependent on experience and what you can bring to the table.

The successful candidate will join a friendly and collegiate law firm who are geared up for growth over the next 12 months. The Real Estate team are amiable and supportive, and busy with instructions across a broad range of matters including transactional, asset management, landlord and tenant, and land acquisition and disposal. The Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate will manage a caseload that plays to their strengths and also help drive the department's growth by building out the client base through the development of existing and new relationships in the Real Estate space.

The successful candidate will have acquired upwards of 5 years Real Estate know how in a busy City of London, regional or national environment. A strong business case built on existing relationships would be an advantage but candidates who are able to demonstrate enthusiasm, capability and capacity for business development are also encouraged to apply.
