My client are a highly regarded, Personal Injury specialist firm seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team in Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team within a firm that is going through a period of major growth, meaning there will be lots of opportunities to progress over the next couple of years.As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for a mixed caseload of Clinical Negligence matters to include misdiagnosis, prescription errors, dental negligence and surgical errors from inception to completion. There will also be opportunities to assist the head of department on a caseload of higher value, catastrophic cases.
The ideal candidate should have strong claimant Clinical Negligence experience and be comfortable running a caseload of multi-track cases from inception to completion.
