Preferred Requirements:
- Extensive experience in handling a broad spectrum of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law
- Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
