A leading Legal 500 firm in London’s West End is seeking a skilled Property Litigation Solicitor to join its prestigious team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex property disputes with a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, and property-related insolvency matters.
- Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and at tribunals.
- Draft legal documents and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Contribute to business development and build strong client relationships.
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in property litigation.
- Strong experience in commercial and residential property disputes.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
