Birmingham – £55,000 - £65,000

My client is a top 50 UK law firm looking to recruit a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their growing Social Housing team in the Midlands.
 

• Is your caseload predominantly housing disrepair, but you are wanting to diversify your caseload.
• Does your housing litigation caseload include an area that you are wanting to specialise in.
• Perhaps you have identified the new emerging trends and looking for a firm that will support you in growing and developing in this area.

 
My client has firmly established itself as a leader in disrepair claims and is now looking to expand into other housing litigation areas. They are looking to bring in a Senior Associate to help diversify their caseload. Alongside disrepair claims, the team also handles statutory nuisance claims, anti-social behaviour injunctions, possession proceedings, and housing-related personal injury claims.
 
In this role, you will manage a caseload of disrepair work while also developing your own specialist area.
Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE + bonus of up to 13% Benefits:
