I am currently working with a highly regarded and fast-growing client, an award-winning law firm with a rich history and a well-established reputation across Merseyside and North Cheshire. They are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic and client-focused conveyancing team. The role offers flexibility across multiple locations, including Liverpool, Warrington, and Maghull, with an element of hybrid working, which has been in place long before the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Residential Conveyancer, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a capped caseload of approximately 30 new matters each month, supported by a paralegal. The matters will include sales and purchases of residential property, as well as leasehold and freehold properties, new builds, and re-mortgages. The role involves dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initiation to completion, with a focus on providing a high level of client satisfaction.
 
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of PQE or equivalent fee-earning experience in conveyancing, with the ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
