I'm delighted to be working with one of the UK's top ranking law firms and as part of their recruitment plans, they are looking to recruit a First Contact Advisor for their central Leeds office. Working on a full time permanent basis, you will join a brilliant team and the role will involve handling a large number of inbound calls so we are keen to hear from people with solid call centre experience.
