The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to manage a varied and high-quality caseload covering freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering expert advice and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and transfer documents.
- Advising clients on all aspects of conveyancing and property law.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- A qualified solicitor (1+ year PQE) with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and work effectively under pressure.
