Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of PL/EL claims, alongside other casualty litigation matters.
- Provide strategic and expert legal advice to clients, focused on defending claims.
- Work closely with a collaborative team, providing support to senior and junior solicitors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the litigation process.
- Attend hearings, negotiations, and case conferences as necessary.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (2+ years PQE preferred) with experience in Defendant Litigation, particularly in PL/EL claims.
- Proven experience in casualty claims within both private and public sectors.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to handle a diverse caseload.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
