In-House Property Solicitor / CILEx, Cheshire, £60k
  
A new opportunity for an experienced Solicitor/Legal Exec to join the legal department of our property management client.
  
Based in Cheshire, this is an exciting new role created as a result of continued growth of the business. As well as overseeing a small team, you’ll provide key support to the wider business on a range of matters, including:
  

• Assisting in the reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and issuing of transfers and agreements.
• Requesting and reviewing Land Registry documents, as well as conducting necessary searches.
• Identifying Risks & Opportunities prior to land transfers.
• Providing executive summaries of planning or other council documents.
• Reviewing plans related to both residential and commercial properties.
• Attending internal and external meetings where legal support may be required.
• Assisting the wider business with any legal queries

  
In order to be considered you’ll be UK qualified Solicitor or CILEx with experience in the above areas. Its essential you have experience of working within a conveyancing department previously
