Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, SwindonThis is a superb opportunity to join a buoyant firm, who are looking to strengthen their Conveyancing team.
The role requires enthusiasm and a client focused attitude.
You can expect to find a fee earning role dealing with a mixed caseload of residential property transactions,
including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and re-mortgages.
You'll have a head of department above you but you will also have some responsibility for supervising a small team of support staff and delegating work appropriately.
The team are busy and you can also grow your own client base as you become a "go-to" person for the region.
You will be IT literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills together with having good organisational skills. You should also have a positive mindset.
