We are working with one of Scotland’s leading Commercial Real Estate teams to recruit an experienced lawyer for their Edinburgh office. This highly regarded firm operates across all key sectors of the Scottish economy and has a strong reputation in areas such as commercial and residential development, investment, retail, healthcare, hospitality, leisure, and industrial projects.The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team that handles a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Leasing and lease management
- Investment transactions
- Development projects
- Portfolio management
- Corporate support and funding
About You
The ideal candidate will be a senior solicitor or associate with at least five years of commercial property experience. You’ll be responsive, commercially minded, and eager to deliver high-quality legal advice in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
