Fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal with experience of Commercial or Corporate Law to join our in-house client based at their Greater Manchester office. 
  
As Paralegal, you'll have the opportunity to act on a wide range of day to day Commercial / Corporate legal activities, working closely with the Head of Legal. This will include legal advice related to day to day commercial activities, drafting and reviewing a suite of contracts and implementing process and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department. The successful candidate will also support on the steady flow of acquisitions made by the Group Business.
  
To be considered, candidates will have 1-2 years acting in a Commercial/Corporate Paralegal position. Ideally this will include experience of Due diligence, Share Purchase agreements, Terms sheets, warranties, indemnities, NDA's etc
  
This is an excellent in-house role which will allow the successful candidate the chance to play a key role in the growth of an already well established business, working closely with an excellent Head of Legal on challenging but rewarding day to day work.
