Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for flexibility and the chance to lead a small team? A reputable law firm based in Bedfordshire is seeking a skilled professional to oversee their Residential Conveyancing team, which includes two fee earners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and managing a small team of two fee earners.
  • Handling a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Ensuring the team meets targets while maintaining exceptional client care standards.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members to help them achieve their professional goals.
About You The ideal candidate will:
  • Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Be confident working independently, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Value flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid or fully remote working environment.
