Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing a small team of two fee earners.
- Handling a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Ensuring the team meets targets while maintaining exceptional client care standards.
- Supporting and mentoring team members to help them achieve their professional goals.
- Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Conveyancing.
- Have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Be confident working independently, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
