EL/PL Fee Earner/Solicitor
Cheshire – £35,000 - £40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OL/EL/PL solicitor to join this rapidly growing firm. The firm owe their continued growth and expansion to a dedicated team and consistent successes. The opportunity is based in Macclesfield on a hybrid basis but also offers 100% remote working.The successful candidate will join our OL/EL/PL department and will deal with a quality caseload.
The current EL/PL team consists of 5 legal professionals, 2 qualified solicitors and 3 non qualified fee earners. The team are running around 150 files each from cradle to grave. The team is expanding due to a recent influx of work following frequent successes.
The successful candidate will have the following knowledge and experience –
• Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years OL/EL/PL experience
• Extensive knowledge of OL/EL/PL work and be able to run claims from inception to Trial
• Experience of handling claims arising from OL/EL/PL accidents
• Good IT skills / confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim experience preferable but not essential)
