RTA Litigator
Cheshire – £30,000 - £35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RTA solicitor/Fee Earner to join this rapidly growing firm. Their expansion is due to consistent and impressive growth across all teams in the firm.The successful candidate will join their RTA department and will deal with a quality caseload.
Their current team consists of 4 Legal professionals, 2 run OIC cases and 2 run MOJ/Litigated cases and they are looking at a 3rd to contribute to running MOJ/Litigated cases
What they’re Looking For:
✔ Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years RTA experience
✔ Extensive knowledge of RTA work and be able to run claims from inception to Trial
✔ Experience of handling claims arising from RTA Accidents
✔ Excellent client care
✔Good IT skills / confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim experience preferable but not essential)
