Fantastic, new opportunity for a UK qualified Solicitor with prior experience in a Regulated environment to join a leading FS business based in the East Midlands.
  
As Senior Legal Counsel, you'll join a specialist team inside the wider group Legal Function. The team supports across all areas of the Consumer business, providing expertise at various customer touchpoints in respect of Consumer Duty. A background in customer facing disputes would be welcomed.
  
You will play a part in supporting the team on critical Remediation cases, as well as taking a lead role in issue spotting business risks across day to day operations. Candidates in this role can be guaranteed varied and interesting work, with the opportunity to take ownership of exciting projects as a part of cross departmental teams.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors from 5 PQE with a background in Regulatory Compliance to join a high performing team. You’ll play a crucial role in the wider success of the Group business, with ample opportunity to grow and develop within the function. The team has an excellent track record of their members moving onwards and upwards within the wider Legal function.
