Our client, a leading UK top 50 law firm, is seeking a talented Solicitor or Senior Solicitor (up to 3 years PQE) to join their highly regarded English Real Estate Litigation team. This opportunity is available in their Edinburgh or Glasgow office, with flexibility for remote working for candidates based in England or those considering relocation.About the Role
This position offers the chance to work closely with recognised experts in English Real Estate Disputes. As part of a dynamic and growing team, you will handle a varied caseload encompassing:
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters
- Development disputes
- Easement and covenant disputes
- Boundary issues
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in English Real Estate Litigation
- Exceptional client care and communication skills
- Strong time management and the ability to handle a busy caseload independently
- A team-focused attitude with excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills
