A highly regarded Manchester-based firm is looking for a talented Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing team. Known for their expertise in advising high-net-worth clients, property investors, and developers, the firm offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of complex and rewarding residential property transactions.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload from start to finish, advising clients on areas such as:
- Property portfolios
- Buy-to-let transactions
- HMOs and landlord/tenant matters
Candidate Requirements
- At least 4 years’ PQE in residential property law.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex transactions.
- A client-focused approach, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and property investors is advantageous.
