Preferred Requirements:
- Provide professional and efficient handling of conveyancing transactions, from instruction through to exchange, for both leasehold and freehold residential properties
- Work closely with a talented legal assistant to ensure a seamless client experience
- Demonstrate a cheerful and friendly disposition, with a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines, while also bringing fresh ideas to improve processes
- Possess excellent communication skills and confidence in working with IT systems
- Proven experience in residential property conveyancing
- A natural ability to encourage and support colleagues, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations
