This is a very special opportunity to join a thriving law firm joining a busy conveyancing team.
 
You will be an experienced and motivated residential conveyancer and you will be keen to make a mark in your new work environment.
 
You will be qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, or be an experienced Conveyancing Executive and with excellent communication skills and with your reliable and accurate working style you will relish the challenge of helping the department towards new heights.
 
Working in a busy Conveyancing team as a fee earner, you will handle traditional sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties. You'll keep a cool head under pressure and maintain high levels of clients care to all internal and external colleagues.
 
Devon is a fantastic place to live and work. Whilst prior knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous, applications from relocators will always be considered provided you can demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
 
Salary to negotiation based upon experience.
