We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor for a reputable regional law firm based in Bristol, with opportunities to work across their various offices in the surrounding region.

Role Overview:
As a key member of the residential property team, you will:

• Manage a diverse and high-quality caseload, assisting clients from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local estate agents and other referrers of work.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years PQE in residential property law.
• Proven ability to cultivate excellent relationships with estate agents and referrers.
• Strong technical skills, exceptional client care, and a collaborative, team-based approach.
• Demonstrated experience in managing workloads to achieve financial targets.
• Professional, friendly, and reassuring demeanour when dealing with clients.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively.
