Role Responsibilities:
- Handling a range of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Proven track record in managing residential property transactions independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
