Preferred Requirements:
- Expertise in residential conveyancing, including file opening, AML compliance, administrative exchange formalities, completion and post-completion tasks
- Proficiency in drafting financial statements and invoices, submitting AP1 and SDLT forms, and archiving
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Excellent time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- A proactive, commercially aware mindset and the confidence to use your initiative
- Previous experience in a legal environment, in a conveyancing role
- Relevant legal qualifications or a commitment to pursuing them with our support
- A team-oriented approach and a flexible, adaptable attitude
