Many of the staff conduct their own advocacy in court.
 
Ideally you'll have upwards of 4 years PQE and made an impact elsewhere already in a noted team.
 
The firm will support you as you employ networking and marketing and gentle business development techniques but you will also no doubt get business referrals from word of mouth.
