The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring transactions are managed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and reports.
- Liaising with clients and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (preferred but not essential).
