- Assist with internal employment law policies
- Proven experience as an employment solicitor, ideally with a following of clients.
- Expertise in handling a wide range of employment-related matters, including HR management and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest legal developments and industry trends.
- Qualified solicitor with a strong academic background and a valid practicing certificate.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex employment-related cases.
