Are you an experienced solicitor with a passion for both residential and commercial property law? Do you thrive in a collaborative, boutique firm environment? My client is a growing practice in West London is seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Solicitor to join their team and handle a diverse and interesting caseload.

The Role:
As a Mixed Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in handling a broad range of property transactions. Your caseload will cover both residential and commercial matters, including but not limited to:

• Residential property sales, purchases, and leases
• Commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and leases
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Development and planning advice
• Property finance and investment matters
• Leasehold enfranchisement

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters
• Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, including private individuals, landlords, developers, and businesses
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and other property-related documentation
• Negotiate terms and resolve disputes in a timely and efficient manner
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent communication throughout all stages of transactions
• Keep up-to-date with property law developments and market trends

About You:

• Experience: NQ - 2 years’ PQE in residential and commercial property law
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in handling a variety of property matters
• Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented approach
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while also working independently
• Proactive: High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
