Are you a skilled Property Litigation Solicitor seeking an exciting new opportunity? We are proud to represent a prestigious Legal 500 firm in their search for an experienced and ambitious solicitor to join their busy litigation department in Essex.

The Role
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property disputes. Working within a supportive and highly regarded team, you will have the autonomy to handle complex matters while benefiting from the expertise and resources of the wider department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including lease renewals, boundary disputes, landlord and tenant issues, dilapidations, possession claims, and more.
• Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients, including property developers, landlords, tenants, and individuals.
• Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and court documents.
• Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration settings.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Supporting business development initiatives, fostering strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

About You:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE and a proven track record in property litigation.
Key Skills and Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of both residential and commercial property disputes.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
