This is a superb head of department role for someone to come in and shape things within a well known regional firm.
 
With your previous team leader and supervisory experience you'll be keen to embrace a new challenge , which involves managing staff to achieve team targets as well as handling your own caseload and cementing your own reputation in the area.
 
There is an opportunity to build up the reputation of the firm in the area through excellent client care, word of mouth from customers walking into the office.
