My client is a well-established, property specialist law firm, currently on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team in South West London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and legal support to the Senior Partner in managing a portfolio of transactions.
• Core responsibilities include drafting and managing legal documents, conducting research, preparing reports, organising files, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Deliver exceptional client care and maintain a high standard of service at all times.
• Offer accurate, up-to-date legal advice tailored to clients’ commercial needs.
• Perform tasks with precision, reliability, and adherence to the company’s quality and risk management procedures.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Stay informed of changes in laws and practices relevant to your areas of work.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a paralegal within a Commercial Real Estate team.
• Proficient in handling commercial sales and purchases, leases, option agreements, and commercial refinancing.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with case management systems.
• Sound understanding of Money Laundering Regulations, Solicitors Accounts Rules, and other regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in Lexcel and CQS accredited firms is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities, with a talent for managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
