The Role The firm is seeking an experienced
Family Solicitor with at
c.5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in divorce, matrimonial finances, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a proven track record of managing a varied caseload and providing exceptional client care. You will also play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring adherence to the firm’s national standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a diverse caseload, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Matrimonial finances and asset distribution
- Private children matters, including custody arrangements
- Cohabitation disputes
- Supervising and supporting team members to achieve high performance.
- Maintaining a high standard of client care, with sensitivity to the challenging and time-sensitive nature of family law cases.
- Meeting deadlines and ensuring efficient time management under pressure.
