My client is a leading law firm, seeking a dynamic and empathetic Family Associate to join their growing and market-leading Family Team.
This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting growth story, working alongside a team of highly skilled professionals in the prestigious Dispute Resolution and Private Wealth groups.

- Become a key member of a Tier 2 ranked Family team in the Legal 500 and Band 2 in Chambers & Partners for matrimonial finance (HNW).
- Contribute to the continued expansion of the Family team, which has more than doubled in size within the last 13 months.
- Leverage your exceptional technical and legal knowledge in HNW Family Law to provide exceptional client service.
- Demonstrated experience in financial remedies, private children law, and protective orders such as non-molestation and occupation orders.
- Ability to combine excellent technical and legal knowledge with the 'human touch' required of a Family lawyer.
- Familiarity with surrogacy and/or adoption matters is a bonus, but not a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and the wider team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and contributing to the growth of the Family team.
- 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in HNW Family Law.
- Excellent academic credentials and a track record of success in the legal field.
- Passion for the practice of Family Law and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients.
