Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Proactively manage schedules, highlighting any clashes.
- Litigation Support: Organise electronic litigation files and assist with court forms and CE-filing.
- Billing: Handle billing processes, issue invoices, and address client queries.
- Document Preparation: Draft emails, correspondence, and produce/amend documents.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients via telephone and in person, fielding calls and dealing with enquiries.
- Compliance: Undertake money laundering compliance, conflict checks, and client inception tasks.
- Event Organisation: Plan and organise client and team events.
- Financial Reporting: Use SAP to produce performance reports and monitor cash collection targets.

Skills and Experience:
- PA Experience: Previous experience in a similar legal role, ideally within IP/Commercial/litigation.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with billing/time recording systems and e-filing is desirable, though training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to correspondence and documentation.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to effectively schedule tasks and manage urgent work within specified timescales.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful approach to dealing with queries.
- Team Player: Ability to integrate within a team and work independently, providing seamless support.
