**Exciting Role for an Experienced Legal Secretary in Personal Injury**

**Role Responsibilities:**
- Prepare correspondence and documents through audiotyping and word processing.
- Administer filing, including daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
- Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch as needed.
- Arrange for copying tasks, either personally or through an admin assistant.
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and manage fee earner diaries.
- Provide support to other secretaries and the administration team.
- Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone, offering professional and friendly support.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all firm and client documentation and information.
- Uphold the firm’s 4-service promise, delivering excellent levels of client care.
**Essential Criteria:**
- Demonstrable legal secretarial experience, particularly within personal injury or civil litigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent command of English spelling, punctuation, and grammar (testing may occur at interview).
- Strong word processing and audio typing skills.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner, with excellent customer service skills.
**Desirable Criteria:**
- Familiarity with the Proclaim case management system.
- Audio typing speed of 65+ words per minute.
- Experience working with court forms and creating pleadings.
- Experience with digital dictation, ideally Big Hand.
