Corporate Associate

Greater London – Salary negotiable based on experience

My client are an international law firm who have well known for their commitment to legal technology and innovation. They are looking to add a 4-6PQE lawyer to their London team.

Applications are invited from Corporate Solicitors to handle a mix of M&A, ECM and general corporate advisory work, which also includes cross border matters.

The successful candidate will join a tight knit team advising a diverse client base which includes national/international corporates, and investors. The role will also provide the opportunity for someone to get involved with marketing strategy targeting new business and the development of existing client relationships.  

Applications are invited from dynamic Corporate Solicitors who are looking for a solid platform on which to boost their careers. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years PQE which will be backed up by strong academics and a track record of success in a leading commercial law environment.

My client are open to considering candidates who are UK or commonwealth qualified (Australia, New Zealand or South Africa)
