My client is seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join their thriving and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to take ownership of a varied caseload and play a key role in the department’s development.
As Senior Family Solicitor, you’ll manage your own family law cases from start to finish, including matters involving divorce, finances, children, and domestic abuse. You will also supervise and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to their growth while maintaining the high standards of the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload and delivering first-class service to clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Engaging in business development to help grow the department and secure new work
• Supervising and developing junior staff members

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Family Solicitor, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of business development. Experience using Ochresoft case management systems is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
