The Role As a Private Client Solicitor, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estates.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded and their interests protected.
- Draft and review key legal documents such as Wills and Trusts.
- Conduct client meetings to offer clear, practical guidance on estate planning, tax, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members (dependent on experience).
- Contribute to business development through networking activities to promote Private Client services.
What They’re Looking For - Qualified Solicitor: NQ PQE+ in Private Client law.
- Experience: Demonstrated expertise in managing matters related to Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate
- Administration.
