Commercial Property Solicitor – LeedsAre you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for an exciting opportunity in Leeds? Join our client’s highly regarded team and take on a diverse portfolio of property transactions. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact, working closely with clients across a wide range of sectors to facilitate successful commercial property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations for landlords and tenants, delivering tailored legal solutions.
- Provide strategic advice on complex projects, including developments, sales and leasebacks, and site acquisitions.
- Coordinate with clients, agents, banks, and valuers to oversee all aspects of the transaction process, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial property law to provide insightful and effective guidance on intricate legal matters.
What were you doing before you joined Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment?
I was working in Business Protection Insurance for a Manchester based leading insurance firm.
What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
I am most looking forward to a change of scenery and dealing with candidates and clients of different levels to help make a difference in their career paths whilst developing my own in a new sector.
