Corporate Commercial Solicitor , BournemouthThis is an opportunity to join a well established firm who are looking to strengthen their Corporate team with the appointment of an assistant or associate level solicitor who is at a career crossroads and looking for their next move.
The firm are outstanding, a stable organisation with not many people choosing to move on.
You can expect to pick up a mixture of corporate and commercial matters, non-contentious corporate law matters, including M&A, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, corporate transactions, partnership agreements, business reorganisation (often in the context of private client tax planning).
