You'll be happy to manage a full caseload from start to post-completion with minimal supervision and will ideally have experience of guiding fee earners and support staff with less experience than yourself as the firm encouragement between people of all levels.
 
There's a clear progression plan in place and you will know exactly what you have to do to move up the ladder in the firm.
