This is a superb opportunity to join a thriving firm on the south coast, a multi-service law firm who cover both services for individuals and business and are an attractive proposition.

You will be someone with a track record within both corporate and commercial work and you may be someone wishing to stand out a little more in your own capacity as a go-to person for Corporate Commercial work in the BCP area.

Typical matters coming into the department : mergers, acquisitions and sales, share exchanges and internal restructuring.

You'll be a team player, someone who shares an ambition to drive a successful department which takes pride in their work and in their high levels of client care.

Applications are invited from solicitors or legal executives with upwards of 5 years PQE who ideally has some "ins" already within the local market.
