Job Title: Private Client Solicitor (Wills, Trusts, Tax & Probate)
Location: Bishop's Stortford
Salary: Up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)
I am currently representing a highly regarded Top 200 UK law firm that is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join their renowned team. This firm has a strong heritage, with over 400 professionals across multiple offices, and offers a forward-thinking, client-focused approach to legal services.

The Role As a Private Client Solicitor, you will provide tailored legal advice across a wide range of matters, including wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, and probate. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, managing a diverse caseload, and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a mixed caseload of wills, trusts, and probate matters.
• Advising on wealth protection and inheritance tax planning.
• Handling the administration of complex estates and trust services.
• Providing legal advice on elderly client matters, including estate planning.
• Using technology to streamline case management and enhance service delivery.
• Supporting the firm’s marketing initiatives through networking, seminars, and written content.
• Assisting senior lawyers while developing your own client portfolio.
