My client is a leading national law firm with standout recognition for their Real Estate Commercial Property team. As one of the UK’s fastest growing law firms, their Commercial Property team are in growth mode, and are seeking an Associate to join them within their Bristol office. 

The Role: 

As part of their Commercial Property team, you will work closely with esteemed Partners on high-profile projects that shape industries and communities. You will: 

• Provide strategic advice on complex Commercial Property transactions, from national infrastructure developments to corporate real estate deals.
• Manage a diverse caseload of large-scale development projects, infrastructure transactions, and corporate property matters.
• Build and nurture relationships with a wide range of clients, including developers, entrepreneurs, and investors, delivering pragmatic, results-driven advice.
• Enjoy unparalleled exposure to challenging, high-value projects, both nationally and internationally.
