Energy & Infrastructure Attorney – Global Law Firm- Washington D.C.
 
A leading global law firm with a presence in over 30 offices worldwide is seeking skilled Energy & Infrastructure (E&I) Attorneys to join its Washington, D.C. office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a market-leading E&I practice, working on high-profile projects and advising top-tier clients across industries.
 
The successful candidate will:
  • Represent lenders, including U.S. government agencies, in financing energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Provide counsel on non-recourse and limited-recourse project financing structures.
  • Negotiate and draft a wide range of financing and security agreements related to E&I projects.
  • Analyze and advise on "Project Documents" that underpin the financing arrangements.
Qualifications
The ideal applicant will have:
  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • Demonstrated high academic achievement.
  • A strong interest in the energy and infrastructure sector.
  • Admission to, or eligibility to waive into, the D.C. Bar.
  • Previous experience at a peer law firm, showcasing expertise in project financing and related legal work.
