Pleased to be working with a leading Consumer business who are searching for a Senior Legal Counsel level profile to tackle a broad range of commercial responsibilities on a 12 month FTC. This role will suit a candidate who has general commercial contracts experience, and is looking for interesting project work on a Fixed Term basis
The successful candidate will be joining a small legal team in a high profile UK Headquartered business, reporting to the Director of Legal and assisting on a key transformation project for the Group. You'll also support on general contract review / drafting, leading on higher value, business significant agreements. A key part of the role will be input into process improvement, and assist frontline sales teams on their day to day endeavours.
My client is looking for a highly organised Senior Commercial Lawyer, who has the ability to work autonomously and handle numerous competing matters simultaneously. It is hoped the successful candidate will have the experience to take the lead and project manage a key transformation project business wide.
